NASA's cancellation of a call for solicitation of ground services in support of Project Constellation was a violation of federal law, according to Member of the House of Representatives whose district includes the Kennedy Space Center in Orlando, Florida.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Congressman Bill Posey said today in a press statement, "The Administration’s unilateral decision to cancel contracts associated with the Constellation program, absent Congressional consent is a direct violation of the law and of Congressional intent."
